Hello! I am Henry Meiler. I am 19 years old and a freshmen at NYU Tisch. I graduated from Millburn High School in 2025, after taking Digital Video I and II, and making two Millburn Filmfest-winning films. I started filmmaking when I discovered the iMovie app on my iPod Touch when I was in second grade. I began to take film classes at the NJ film school (in New Providence) in the sixth grade. I've even gotten a script I've written made and directed a short film there. However, the school has since closed. 

     I also have a Youtube channel with, as of October 2025, has 483 subscribers.). I do most of my editing there with Final Cut Pro X, my software of choice. I love watching old movies and learning new filmmaking techniques. At Millburn, I founded Semi-Wars, a film crew, with my friends. We have made five short-films, one of which won second place at the 2024 Millburn Filmfest, and one of which won third place at hte 2025 Millburn Filmfest. I hope this portfolio will show you some of my work.
